Why I built VaLyra
After more than 20 years leading operational excellence and large-scale transformation in Fortune 500 organizations, I chose to focus my work where it could create more human, mission-aligned impact.
As an Industrial & Systems Engineer, I was trained to see organizations as systems—and to improve how work flows through them. Over time, I learned that the most meaningful transformations happen when clarity reduces overwhelm and thoughtful structure empowers people rather than constraining them.
Today, I partner with mission-driven organizations to build stronger, simpler, and more sustainable ways of working—so strategy becomes action and teams can focus more energy on impact.
The results I am most proud of are not the metrics — though those matter. They are the teams that came out of a complex project more capable and more confident than when we started. That is the standard I bring to every client engagement.
